“Had lunch here in early January. Food absolutely fantastic - can’t recommend it enough. Cullen skink, steak pie, sausage and mash all beautifully done. The kids tried the Tunnocks tea cake dessert which went down a treat. Can’t wait to return!”

“We dined in the restaurant. We were impressed by the effort a member of staff took to guide us through the menu before we ordered, so much so that we all opted for a more adventurous choice for the main course when we learned that most of the items on the menu were locally sourced.

The duck and venison were cooked to perfection and the vegetarian choices were exceptional. The selection of wines was good and not overpriced. When the chef came to our table to ask us if we were enjoying our meal, we couldn’t compliment him enough! We are all looking forward to dining there again. It’s such a pity that it is so far away from us otherwise the Inn at Kippen would be a regular haunt!”

“We at this Inn twice during our recent holiday based in nearby Gargunnock, thanks to a recommendation from our hosts. We were very impressed with the quality of the food, immaculately presented and served by very friendly staff. We were particularly impressed with the desserts (highly recommend the rhubarb and ginger panna cotta!) and were even bold enough to sample lobster for the first time, which was delicious. My only criticism is that the waiter failed to mention the specials to us on our first visit; I’d have preferred the chicken pie, however I’ll let him off as the steak pie was really tasty!”
